    5) Carioca: This is a great exercise for working the inner and outer thighs, as well as building strength in the abdominals. To do this exercise, simply walk sideways stepping with alternate feet each time, whilst crossing the trailing leg’s foot over the leading leg’s knee.

    Walking can be a great way to improve your overall fitness and lose weight, but it is important to start slowly and build up your endurance gradually in order to reduce the risk of injury.
