    Taking up a new sport is always a challenge because there are many sports options that can be considered by you, but it is not really possible for you to hope for each and every sport at once. If you have done some work and you have made a decision or even shortlisted possibilities based on the objective to achieve by taking up a new sport, you should be happy about the way in which you achieve your goals and make yourself proud. So, keep this and mind and make sure that you are making a decision only after understanding how it will impact you physically and mentally.
