Juice Wrld was born in Chicago on June 9th, 1998 to a single mother of two named Nicole Thompson. Due to his home life, he became involved with gang activity at the age of 13 and eventually ended up moving out on his own by the time he was 15. Using music as an escape from reality, Juice began rapping under the name “Kid Trunks” before changing it to Juice Wrld after one of his close friends passed away due to drug-related circumstances.
