    When it starts to get cold outside and the water on the lake starts to freeze, you may want to start thinking about getting your ice skates ready. However, depending on where you live, there may not be a lake nearby that has frozen over. If this is the case then a local ice rink will do. For those who are wondering why one would want to go outside and ice skate, there are a few specific reasons for it.
