Torquay is one of the best place to go for a visit. It’s one of the coolest places of Australia to go for a trip or surfing. There is so much to do in this place other than just surfing. There is a lot of arts, best restaurants & cafes in town. It is also known to be as Star of Great Ocean Road.

There are lots of places to look at if you go there

    Stopover at Bells Beach

It is of the worlds renowned beaches which is known for its marvellous beauty. At every Easter weekend a competition is being arranged named as Rip Curl Surf Competition. Surfers & non surfers both enjoy here. One can stop at Foreshore & Costal paths that come across in the way.

    Australian National Museum

Museum depicts the art of surfing with some hands-on pictures to depicts its true colours of tourists. It’s a year-round destination.

It has something great to do with the diversification of underwater inhabitants.

    Nature

One comes across nature & wildlife together while going through it.

    Torquay to Bells Beach, Victoria

It’s a ten-minute distant way from Torquay, Australia to Victoria. It offers stunning views to the visitors & make them stunned with its beauty of nature. Great Ocean Road is incomplete without looking at Bells Beach Victoria & its because of its incredible views it offers & surfing lovers over there. Previously people use to hunt here for cray fish & abalone. This particular place was used to be considered as a meeting point & trading site. After that this place was taken over by some Europeans & this place was named after them as Bells. After that Bells Beach Australia Competition used to held there which gauge the attention from the world then.

Things you can do there while on your visit are as follows:

    Swimming

Swimming there is impossible at high waves but one can do in low waves near the shore. But one needs to be professional enough because water becomes very deep in no sight as waves often break up towards right. So you need to be vigilant & careful enough to do so or to take this risk. Otherwise, it’s best to avoid if you are not a good swimmer

    Sightseeing

Its very eye catchy & a must stop going towards Great Ocean Road. The views from the cliff are bestowed with stunning beauty of waves & make it a fabulous stop for the passers going through it. You can go down towards the sand, knowing you have a same path as surfers enjoy.

    Surfing

Whether you are new or experienced one just cannot resist while doing surfing & that what it makes this place more remarkable on its own. Bells has two breaks known to be as Rincon & The BOWL. When things are normal; waves start from Rincon & goes towards the Bowl. Waves are no doubt very eye catchy but if you are not a master you are gone. It is best suited for experienced ones in short.
