Also, the facility will comply with legal restrictions on the nature and volume of work done by the young workers.

The companies should pay the minimum set wages and compensation required by the local bodies, that includes benefits and allowances.

8. Prohibition of Discrimination
The facilities will only pay, promote or terminate workers solely on the basis of the performance rather than on the basis of the personal beliefs or characteristics. The company should ensure strict policies for employment decision that involves hiring, assigning work, promotion is made without discrimination on the basis of color, caste, national origin, gender or religion.
9. Environment
The facilities should take account for ensuring the environmental conscious practices where they operate the business. Proper rules and regulations should be implemented for the safe and healthy environment.
10. Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining
Facilities will give complete freedom to the employees to exercise their rights of free association and collective bargaining, and also they will have complete freedom to join any workers’ association. The company will not discriminate against workers based on their choice of joining the association.
11. Security
The companies will ensure a safe and secure environment for the employees. Facilities will provide complete security be it workplace, transportation or physical security.
12. Customs Compliance
Custom laws are compulsory and facilities will ensure to establish and maintain programs that comply with custom laws. And it also ensures that all the shipment is marked in compliance with all the laws.
